2026 Lady Cougars Basketball Tryouts!
UIL Physical Form
Rank One Electronic Forms
Basketball tryouts will begin Wednesday, October 14, and conclude on Friday, October 16. To be considered for a spot on the team, students must attend all three days of tryouts. Attendance at every tryout session is required unless you are currently participating in volleyball.
Volleyball Athletes:
Any student who is currently a member of the volleyball program will have a separate basketball tryout following the conclusion of the volleyball season.
Tryout Requirements
Before participating in tryouts, all students must complete the following:
- Current UIL Physical: Every participant must have a current UIL Physical Form on file before they are allowed to participate. If you need a copy of the form, click the "UIL Physical" link attached to this page.
- Rank One Forms: All electronic participation forms must be completed through Rank One prior to tryouts. The "Rank One Electronic Forms" link is attached to this page.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Coach Kevin Andrews at kevin.andrews@pfisd.net.
We look forward to seeing everyone at tryouts.
